These questions are designed to gather information for an asset map of people/organizations working in the field of sugar/sugar-sweetened beverage (SSB) reduction and to ensure that only public health advocates are registering for the summit. The asset map will be shared with all summit participants. This resource will allow participants to network and partner after the summit has ended.
